At Convey Law we are driven by our desire to exceed our Client's expectations.

Client feedback is paramount importance to us as it enables us to develop as a business and to react to the needs of our clients.

We telephone 50% of our clients upon the conclusion of their property transactions in order to ask them for feedback in relation to the service they have received. Our clients are asked to provide a service rating in relation to the service that they have received from Convey Law throughout the course of their property transaction. Our Conveyancers are targeted to achieve a 90% client service rating and they regularly achieve target.
